I needed a larger bag for a conference I was heading out to and thought of incase - I LOVE their other products - cases for my phone, camera bags and backpacks (all of which I have and love).
This one leaves a little to be desired.
What I like about it:
Separate compartment for my laptop and ipad - BONUS!
The little zippered pocket on the front of the bag (not the flap) has a lot of mini storage nets for pens, cables/accessories.
The little zippered pocket on the flap gives me easy access to my phone.
I love the color - ALOT! The grey makes my bag a little less boring, and subtle pebble color adds a little sexiness to it. (Can a messenger really be SEXY?)
It holds ALOT!! I've transferred all my stuff from my old messenger, and I still have some room in this bag to schlep some more things.
It's of a nice quality material, and so far resistant to dirt (and kicking it to shove it under the airplane seats).
What I wish it had:
A more solid base - if I don't have my computer in it, the bag becomes floppy and loses its shape. Maybe if it had more "structure" to it, I wouldn't be annoyed (like it does for my camera bag and backpack).
I also wished there was 1 more compartment (maybe in the back of the bag (outside) for papers/folders to keep organized.
I've had to use a couple of smaller pouches to keep some small items organized (lip balm, gum, USB external passport).
The shoulder strap latch comes loose often. I can't seem to get the clasp closed tight enough with the strap. I've had to tie the strap to shorten it.
Overall - for the price point, it's not so bad, but I'd be willing to shell out a few more dollars for a bit more structure and a more secure shoulder strap.
